Do you want to live in the future?

Do you want to live in the future?

Have you wondered about contemporary real estate trends? Are you interested in what’s new, fresh off the oven in property investment? If yes is your answer, you are at the right spot. Grab a cup of something nice, let’s get into it.

It’s always best to journey from the known to the unknown, so we’ll begin with what every good home needs: a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Go on and add your other favorite rooms. However, real estate trends from the time humans began to make houses to date imply that there could be so much more. We have transitioned from what a home needs, to what a homeowner wants.

The fundamentals of the modern home are in today’s trends featuring large living spaces, plenty of room for everything, and all other essentials needed to function as a home, but building a home comes with its unique demands. As such, real estate investors are constantly looking for new ways to overcome the challenges of building a home. One way to overcome the challenges of building a home is to look to the future. This is easily achieved by partnering with a future-focused, reputable real estate company. What this means is that you get to see the future of housing manifest right before you and what’s better is that it is yours. Plus it’s at reduced risk. And you most likely don’t have to lift a finger, well, except to endorse some documents.

By using the latest and some of the best technology, you can increase the amount of light reaching the property, making it much easier to keep the room temperature conducive and create more natural light.

In this part of the world where we have to contend with humidity, heat and cold at different times, a Central Ventilation System on the roof, uses a duct system that connects around the house, purifies and humidifies the house. It takes out hot air. Additionally, a duct system allows air to circulate around the room evenly.

What about when it gets cold outside? One new innovation in smart housing is Automated Air Conditioning. So, when the weather outside is unpleasant, your home is super comfortable. The AC regulates the temperature per season while the duct system diffuses the air.

Another awesome trend is the Double-glazed Windows. They are called insulated glass units (IGU) and they combine multiple glass panes into a single window system. As puts it, “Double-glazed windows are an ideal energy-efficient choice with the added benefit of minimising noise. The sealed air gap between the two panes acts as an added layer of insulation. This added thermal resistance reduces the amount of heat escaping in winter and keeps your home at a more comfortable temperature. Double glazing has the reverse effect in summer, preventing unwanted heat from coming into the home.”

Still on great trend are Double Head-rooms or High head-rooms, which simply mean the distance between the top of your head and the ceiling. Designs today are strategic with including this in the plan so that air is easier circulated, there is more breathing space and it also helps with claustrophobia in a populated room.

These are only a few, there are so much more.

But the best part is, these trends are all features of HALL 7 Homes. You see, you don’t have to go too far to find comfort, luxury and ease as expressions of your home. If would you like to see it for yourself, schedule a site visit.
