So, we have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions and have provided answers to them in this post.

1. I just want to buy a house, why call it an investment?

Whether you are acquiring a property to live in or to generate passive income, it does not take away the fact that the property value will appreciate and generate returns. Hence, it is referred to as an investment.

2. Do I need an expert to guide me?

3. How much money do I need to get started?

The amount of money you require to get started depends on the property type you want to acquire. However, you need to make an initial investment of fifty percent of the total sum to get started.

4. Are there investment plans available?

Yes. We have different investment plans. Our plans allow investors to fund their investment in installments over periods of 90 days, 6 months and 12 months. And as an investor, you have the liberty of choosing whichever plan that’s a perfect fit for you.

5. What facilities do you have in your projects?

Our projects are designed to give residents a premium living experience. Consequently, our projects come with recreational facilities (swimming pools; gardens; football, volley ball & basketball pitches; tennis court; club house; etc.), commercial centres, underground cabling systems, underground drainages, water & power supply, 24/7 security, etc.

6. Do you offer rental services?

No. We do not offer rental services.

7. How long does it take for my property to generate returns?

Ideally, an investment in real estate is considered a good one if it generates the capital investment in returns, within a period of not more than 20years. However, experts have discovered new models of real estate investments that can help investors recover their capital investment within a period of 6 years or less. And guess what? 10. Can I invest in properties outside my locality?

Yes. A generous number of Nigerians in diaspora have subscribed to our properties in Abuja. If you intend to invest in properties outside your locality, all you need do is schedule a virtual site tour.

11. What should I look out for during a site tour?

Some of the things you should look out for during a site tour include: the location of the property, the environment created; the serenity of the environment, the size of the spaces, the facilities present, access routes & road networks, number of bedrooms, house type, etc.

12. Do you have projects outside Abuja?

We currently do not have projects outside Abuja. Nonetheless, Hall7 is working towards bringing you more investment options outside Abuja. Kindly subscribe to our email newsletter to stay updated.

13. What are your investment categories?

Our investment options are classified into four categories. They are: semi-finished, entry level, luxury finished & premium finished categories. A semi-finished house, as the name implies, is a unit that has all the exterior works completed (including windows & doors).

For the interiors, the plastering, electrical piping & mechanical piping will be done. All other investment categories are simply improvements on the semi-finished category (as regard the interior finishing). The interiors are usually customized based on investor’s preferences.

14. How long does it take to deliver on a project?

It is worthy of note that all our investment options are off-plan. Consequently, the standard duration for the delivery of a housing unit at Hall7 is 12 months. Kindly note that this may vary depending on the terms of your investment. We are able to treat individual house deliveries on a case by case basis.
